Our staff of Outreach Specialists and Mental Health Educators can provide valuable information on community resources for education, parenting, health and donations, provided to you on the phone or during an in-person visit. To get started, we will need to conduct an assessment to determine the participant’s specific needs. To request an assessment, start by filling out our referral form.
We can provide Short Term Mental Health Services
Our team of therapists and interns* under clinical supervision offer in-home, individual therapy for 10 sessions to participants without access to mental health services (uninsured or no coverage through private insurance/MediCal). These visits are of NO COST to the participant. For more information or to schedule services, please call our information line at 1-888-955-6570.
*Interns are candidates for Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy or Masters of Social Work.
We offer Education and Presentations
We work with community partners to conduct workshops in schools, community and family resource centers, faith based organizations, and other group settings. Our topics include:

- Healthy Communication
- Healthy Media Boundaries
- Choosing Healthy Relationships
- Understanding Your Child’s Behavior (ages 0-5 and 6-18)
- Nutrition and Well-Being

- Signs of Mental Illness and Stigma Reduction

We offer Support Groups
Those needing support can join a Support or Peer Group to address a specific topic or to find a friendly environment to share stories and to develop resilience.
